Marine Avenue is at the end of Jamboree in Newport Beach. Just Take all freeways to 55 south; the freeway ends into Newport Blvd. After about 5 signals look for exit Pacific Coast Hwy after turn left and look for Jamboree. Turn right on Jamboree and you will cross a bridge at the bottom of the hill onto Marine Ave.
